The Band
The Budapest-based Vasmalom combines Hungarian and southeast European traditional music with elements of improvisation and contemporary music. The band mixes the power of traditional music and the playfulness of contemporary music to create an energetic, exciting and unique sound. Their pieces combine instrumental composition, traditional music and folk song. It is one of the most exciting Hungarian ethno, or world music bands.
